Patricia S. McClellan March 2, 1938 - Aug. 3, 2024 CERRO GORDO - Patricia S. McClellan, 86, of Cerro Gordo, passed away on August 3, 2024, at Carriage Crossing Assisted Living of Decatur, IL. A service to celebrate Patricia's life will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at Cerro Gordo United Methodist Church, Cerro Gordo, IL. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service. The interment will follow in East Frantz Cemetery, Cerro Gordo, IL. Memorials are suggested to Piatt County Animal Shelter or Cerro Gordo United Methodist Church. Patricia was born on March 2, 1938, in Philadelphia, MO, to Welsey Earl and Daphna (Elwood) Benedict. She graduated from Cerro Gordo High School and Blackburn College. She married Donald McClellan on August 20, 1961, in Cerro Gordo, IL. She was a retired math teacher and farmer.
